Matt from LoG has said that from hearing from a few reputable sources now that since we're getting a season four, and since Titans was indeed cancelled....that we WILL be seeing a new version of the boy wonder....ROBIN!
However, no one from the production team can say anythign on this so while he got his sources saying so, and it most likely can be true, take it with a grain of salt for the moment.

Sigh......why.....I love Robin and all but I don't want him in TB. I like Batgirl, they made her work, but I've never been a fan of Batman and Robin together. If he is in the show hopefully they'll do something interesting with him and not just make him a sidekick as usual, maybe they'll make him a rival (now THAT'd be interesting)
I knew TT ending would affect another DC cartoon some how.
Oh well, if it is happening then I hope it'll be worth it.
I was hoping for something like badguy news, I'm more interested in that.

ummm, I really dont know about a rival I think thats a bad idea. What I want is still the partnership but other than that they can twist their stories and origins around because they seem to be doing a good job at that so far...even though I do prefer original stories but hey in order to move on you gotta go new places and try new things, right?

The rival thing is just a random thought.
I just don't want Robin the show to be perfectly honest. If they put a new spin on him, or do somethign we haven't seen yet then that's cool but I doubt we'll see a HUGE change on such a popular character (he'll definately be somewhat different but they wouldn't go and change him entirely)
Maybe they'd use Jason Todd and have him die. I'd love to see that happen.

it will be interesting to see what they do with him. i would like to see a more mature Robin, to offset the immature Batgirl. they cant have 2 reckless sidekicks.

Hahah! Wow, that's a bit mindblowing. Then again I wasn't a fan of Teen Titans, so no biggie in that aspect. I too would hope they mess around with Robin, not add another impulsive sidekick causing trouble for Batman.
Maybe since The Batman is on both WB and Cartoon Network, they just wanna pump it up and... Well, no matter how you look at it, it's a stupid idea.

true, true.
i keep reading where some people want Robin to "come home" from the Titans. this wouldnt work. in The Batman there is no Robin. yet. no mention of him or anything, so to just have him appear would not make sense at all. I would like to see the Dick Grayson character. this to me is the only true Robin. i also dont want to see him suddenly don the costume and be a crimefighter. id like to see a gradual training. unlike the sudden Batgirl team up.

ehh. i think robin is gnna come out of no where like he did in btas. and robin from TT is dick grayson, so this might be the best thing to do. and besides, TB episodes dont lead to one another. so the training wud have to be in 2 eps max. 2 eps might not be enuff.
oh and i hope they dont use the same voice of robin in TT. that guy's voice is so annoying. i hope they use some one else who sounds more like loren lester(robin from btas).
