To tie in with the Dark Knight Imax experience, the classic 1993 Batman Animated Movie "Mask of the Phantasm" will be shown at London's NFT for two nights.
Monday 28th July at 8.45pm, and again on Thursday 31st July at 8.50pm.

This movie forms part of an BFI Comic movie season that also includes (amongst others) V For Vendetta, Hellboy, Flash Gordon, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man an Spider-Man.
I'll be there on the 31st! |

I can barely stand to watch BTAS on me 30 inch television; but on IMAX every single defect in the animation will be gigantic.

Sorry, this isn't on Imax. The BFI (British Film Institute) is the owner of London's Imax, but the NFT (National Film Theatre), where this is an ordinary cinema. |

Basically as soon as I've clicked "post reply" I'll be leaving for this.
It's funny. I adore Btas and all of the related series of Bruce Timm (Stas, BB, JL & JLU) I've every DVD boxset and book available. The whole lot! (except that one the BAB was whoring about on another thread - that he wouldnt send to England!)
I can't wait to see this again, on the big screen - but right now all I REALLY wanna do is watch the Dark Knight again! I'll be doing that on Saturday I guess.
If anyone is going to this tonight (and I suspect that's not many of you reading this - given that it starts in about 90 mins), I'll be the devilishly handsome one in the now very faded grey Bat logo shirt.
