OMG, here's what I found:
Bruce Timm IS the executive producer of Teen Titans, not The Batman. So maybe it is part of the Timmverse. Maybe how Robin was just wanting to get Slade had at least something to do since its Dick Grayson, after training with Batman, he wanted to be and handle everything just like him.
So TB has nothing to do with Teen Titans at all. That would at least explain why nobody is acting against the TT like with Batman in TB.
However, even if thats the case, that doesn't mean TT and TB are connected, doesn't mean they aren't either.
You don't get it, boy... this isn't a mudhole... it's an operating table.
