I love JLU and I love the JLA. But Batman has no place in that environment. Think about it... |

batman is the best. even that fat lady amanda waller sed so. batman was the only reason why she started trusting the league. can u imagine how crazy it wud have been without non powered superheroes? the non powered superheroes are the only ones who know when they(superman and others) cross the line; they have human instincts.
and yeah anyways...
im just hoping for some robin action in TB. superman can get his own show and have all the guest stars in there. like how it was with STAS. BTAS NEVER got any guest starrs. superman hogged all of them; he even got batman to be one of them.

Did you forget Zatanna? A DCU character, in BTAS.
Still, I still want a Superman/Batman show. If not that.......:bigeek: I just got an idea....

Okay, I'll give you that Batman's presence keeps the others in check...I guess. But there's just something wrong about Batman hanging out in the watchtower on the moon.
I like my Batman fighting crime in Gotham w/o any superpowered individuals. |

thats the "realistic batman".
sometimes batman has to step out of that realm and join the rest of the DCU with their science fiction. batman makes those stories so much more better.

you got that right, he's the main reason I watched it in the first place
"I went around the world, searched in all the shadows. And there is something out there in the darkness, something terrifying, something that will not stop until it gets revenge... Me"

If that's the kind of Batman you like, then you're entitled to that. And that's why the character's been so successful over the years, because of his adaptability to change.
But for me, I like my Batman grounded in Gotham City. A real hero in a real world. To me, that's what works the best. |

i think batman works great by himself or with the JL because at the end of the day batman too has his VERY unrealistic side.

I love the realism that many stories use but i dont mind the occasional jump over the fence and to the side of fantasy to spice things up.

i see batman as unrealistic as superman.
i REALLY cant imagine a guy training for many years in martial arts and mastering every major in college and become a vigilante because of the death of his parents. maybe it could happen, but batman is supposed to be the fastest, strongest, smartest, most clever human on earth. does that make any sense??? thats sooo unreal.

A Batman/Superman show sounds cool, but I can't see how it could happen...they exist in 2 different cities, I don't understand how they could appear together in a weekly show without killing their repective storyline(s).
Sounds interesting though. Rumor has it that a Legion of Superheroes show was pitched...we'll see what happens.

The comic of Superman/Batman would be the show.

Batman and Superman hang out like all the time in the comics, and in the DCAU as well.
And Legoin of Superheroes is already in development, they've already got 2 voice actors lined up I beleive. Superboy is gonna be in it too.
