Kids' WB!'s The Batman has been nominated for two Daytime Emmy Awards. The series was nominated in the Outstanding Special Class Animated Program and Outstanding Achievement In Sound Editing - Live Action And Animation categories.

The awards will be presented on April 28 at the Kodak Theaters in Hollywood, Calif.

You don't get it, boy... this isn't a mudhole... it's an operating table.

What does Special class mean?

The sound editing makes sense, The Batman does have pretty good sound. Voice acting and music and sound effects are all great.

To answer you question; from the nominations I saw, I believe the Outstanding Special Class Animated Program is for shows, one each from the different genres (the best action, comedy, educational, children programs) that are in top quality.

To follow my first post; the Daytime Emmys will air on April 28th at 8:00pm EST on the abc channel.

This is a little different. This is for the Creative Crafts. While it's part of the Day Time Emmy's, it's more for the behind the scenes..

UPDATE: they didn't show it. They showed everything esle, but not this nor probably some others were not shown. They only showed clips from the show, nothing else.

This sucks. I hate awards shows. They're suppose to show all.
