by simple levels i meant that the game holds your hand through the entire level. instead of figuring out that you had to blow something up you press the left or right direction on the d-pad and it would basically go here! here! and the enemies were pretty simplistic too, all you had to do was block their attacks then just hit them over and over and over until you could finish them. every time they fell on the ground as soon as they got up you could just get them in another combo lol not too much challengeSmile

The game looks good, nice looking graphics.

As for Batman Begins, I thought it was a great game and had no problems with the alternate suits except sometimes I wish they had put one like B:TAS and The Batman (black, grey and yellow oval bat-symbol).

I still think Spider-man 2's graphics looked bad, even Spidey himself look like an idiot (in my opinion).

Anyone played Superman: The Man Of Steel for the XBOX? You can unlock lots of alternate costumes; Golden Age, Silver Age, Return Of Superman (black and silver with long hair), Kingdom Come version, 90's version (long hair) and I believe some others. The gameplay is pretty good, it's kind of repetitive though.

Superman: MOS is meant to be the worst Superman game ever next to the horatiously bad Titus version for the N64. I once heard that 'chopping your toes off is more fun than playing this game'.

On the subject of Spidey 2's graphics, I don't think it was me that said that, but I definitely agree with it. The graphics were pretty bad. For example, when you went up to do a random city crime, the pedestrian had no lip-sync when they were talking to you! Their mouths didn't move! That's PSOne stuff IMO. I don't think the game truly suffered, though.

One thing I hope Superman Returns has is the John Williams Superman music! Many games fall back because the developers are too cheap to buy the proper music. The music in the Batman Begins game is sooo annoying. I quite liked the music in the Spider-Man 1 game, but the music in Spider-Man 2 sounded like someone trying to eat a trumpet.

yeah I cant argue against that, otherwise i didnt think it was that bad but simply needed some polishing.

"Meant to be"? What are you talking about? Are you saying that's what you've heard or read? Well...even if that, the reviews weren't that bad. :rol:

Superman 64 was really bad, like the worst control ever. The Death And Rrturn Of Superman for the SNES was a real good game, check it out if you see it...and have a SNES, of course. B)

One reviewer is quoted as saying 'Biting your toes off is more fun than playing this game. I'm not saying that that would stop me playing it, though.

I have it for the Genesis and it's okay. All you do is beat up enemies that Superman would actually be far more powerful than.

The AI wasnt that bad and the levels werent too simple and not too complicated (depends on difficulty settings). While they could have been harder it was fine as it is.

True dat. Double true!

I didn't mind the music in Batman Begins, it was actually pretty good. I agree that the Superman game MUST HAVE the John Williams theme from the movie. It would be really cool if you could unlock different musical cuts too, like the STAS theme, The New Batman Superman Adventures theme, and the Lois and Cark theme.

I loved the music in both Spider-Man games. Even though they weren't from the movie they were both great!

Yeah, you fight weirdos like a human sized ram and stuff, pretty crazy. Hmm...I don't believe I even knew it came out for Genesis.
