Target was the only one carring this line anyway, well, TRU kinda did. I don't have a Target close, there is a few that are about 30-45 minutes away. And there is still Ebay..LOL.
So how much longer does the line go on with no TV show tie in? This is good news for Mattel and Target and it’s something Mattel needs to do to all their lines. Make them store exclusives so it drives more business to the stores.
I disagree about them needing to do this because we all know that out of all the retail stores it would be Target that gets the lines and therefore causing all of us without one to go to Ebay.
They have hopes for this line and I think we'll see it go on at least until the the end of 2009. This line is more for collectors now so they'll keep it going as long as there are sales.
