It's not out yet, at least I've not seen it ANYwhere, including online. As for Ice Blast Mr. Freeze, you should be able to find those soon.

Both of those are new figures and may not be out in all areas yet. West Coast gets them first, then slowly the rest of us get them. So maybe nobody on here has them yet.
