It comes out Tuesday, just wondering who likes em?? I'm in love with Amy Lee.. *drool...*

Anyway, I've been able to hear the album and WOW, it's awesome! Alot of the songs were made for Narnia, The Loin, Witch and the3 Wardrobe but then Disney decided not to use em, so she put them on the album.

I've liked 'em since I heard the first single "Bring Me to Life." That debut album had a plenty of good songs, but I never ended up getting it. Maybe I just heard them too many times. But I wasn't all that fond of the single off the new album (I believe it's "Call Me When You're Sober" ). I've never simply heard it; I've only seen the silly, stereotypically mainstream, gothic video, so maybe that visual is influencing my opinion of the song itself. It had these silly little goth girls dancing and flying around in the air and some guy up in Amy Lee's face in a wierd attempt at being all sensual. I also thought the vocals sounded way too prominent and overshadowed the heaviness of the guitar - perhaps an attempt at having more of a pop sound. Still, I'd have to hear a few more songs before judging the entire album. And that may've some idiotic "radio edit" used for the video.

I've always been interested in metal bands with a frontwoman since there aren't too many in the mainstream. Flyleaf is putting out some good stuff lately, but I'd have to say the Italy's Lacuna Coil is my favorite female fronted metal band. I'm surprised it took so long for them to gain major attention; I first saw them being interviewed on Uranium back in 2002 or so, but they didn't take off 'till late '03. Very good group. Smile

I really like the first album; it's Gothic without being "Goth." There's a fine, but extremely improtant, line between the two. Frankly, Goth people usually annoy the hell out of me. I wasn't crazy about the newest single at first, but it grew on me. I haven't seen any of their videos. That woman has an amazing voice.

I love both albums. I was obsessed with the band just before Daredevil came out. Once they released their own album they became so mainstream and it seemed like everyone liked them just to say they did. I bought the new album as soon as it came out and I think it's worth every penny.

Lois: What the hell am I doing in a dress, and what the hell am I doing at your Prom?
Clark: [ Realizing. ] Oh, no.
Lois: Did you pin that on me?
Clark: I'll explain later, Lois.
Lois: A little close to the boob, don't you think?
