As alluded to in other threads, I am a modeler (but not as good as Spencer).
One of my projects is a model of a stadium for the Gotham Knights baseball and football teams.
THAT project got me wondering . . .

What DIFFERENT logos have appeared in the various media (mostly comics. why here) for the Knights over the years?
(I don't have NEAR a large enough collection to even GUESS at that.)
Part of the questions/pondering includes the various color schemes used in those appearances.

One I remember was a t-shirt, worn by Oracle. It was light blue with a "G" logo based on that of Green Bay (NFL) or UGA (NCAA).
In BTAS ("Fear of Victory"wink, they are shown with brown leather helmets, brown pants, and a black jersey with red "accents."

What others?
Can those more knowledgeable and with larger collections than myself help me find more?

Please, post them here, or sent them to me in messages (or emails).

Being curious . . . ,

Sounds like a cool project, have you "broken ground" yet?

I know I've seen them, but remembering where is going to be a bit tricky. I'll take a look through my comics and post what I can find, though.

I have the "spot" and am planning the best shape for the spot I have.

Also, i am planning an arena based on the old Omni in Atlanta. That one will be easier.

My original plan won't FIT in this location. I WILL build that one, someday, but it is on "hold."

I have been working on stadium designs for over 15-20 years (hobby, not job). I also design the logos, uniforms, and everything else. I have made several LEAGUES, in numerous sports.

Back to Gotham:
My PLAN is to base the BASEBALL team on the movie, "The Natural." That team is named the "Knights" otherwise seems to "fit" a Gotham backdrop pretty well.
In fact, the novel fits even better, with quite a bit of darkness.
IF you look at the "Gotham Sports team names" thread (under sports fiction), the "Knights Field" is taken directly from "The Natural."
My "Gotham Central Stadium/Station-Knights Field" design is partly based upon Buffalo's War Memorial Stadium (where "The Natural" was shot), partly upon the Polo Grounds, partly Ebbets, and partly made up by me.

My stadium design is not that relevant to this topic, though.

i am VERY curious the various Knights logos used by DC and DC licensed sources. 5 would like to see (and hopefully incorporate them INTO my design AND into the football players I use on the field.

Also, I noticed, while looking at my own comics, that in the post-No Man's Land "rebuilt Gotham" the "Knightsdome" is based (sometimes VERY closely, sometimes less so) on the Georgia Dome, in Atlanta. The most notable feature of the Georgia Dome (as built, the COOLEST features of the design were not in the final building) is the "blocks" on the side of the main oval central shape.
One of the drawings I saw was "modified" into a white and glass deign that is VERY similar to the Dome's original design (that was probably accidental, as many of the other buildings have the same look).

As an Atlanta-Boy, I noticed that and found it interesting.

In none of the drawings I saw did I notice any Knights logos.

(My Gotham 2-sport stadium will NOT be a dome!)
