According to DC Comics the issue 5 of All Star Batman will be resolicited to arrive in stores from November. The issue was originally set to arrive this month.

Boy, now that's a title I can keep up with. Actually, I think the last issue I read was #3, and the events just trudge along anyway.... Hard to believe the first issue was over a year ago.
