I knew what you meant since I read it, but I can see how Beyond read it, too. To elaborate a bit, Talia sets up the meeting, where Jason tells Hush that he wants in on the "get Batman" project. Clayface then stepped in for Jason after the cemetary scene where Jason holds Tim hostage.
Here's what I'm still trying to work out...when Batman confronted Ra's in the desert (in Hush), Ra's was angry because one of his Lazarus pits had been compromised (by Riddler, as it turns out). Doesn't it seem like a bit of a stretch to accept that Talia knew how to get Jason in touch with Hush, but none of them knew of Riddler's involvement? I'm not losing sleep over it, but it did seem a bit odd. |

It sounds like the Annual is a good read.
So...Jason Todd is The Red Hood, he wasn't Hush and he did come back to life. Sounds like I got mostly everything about Jason figured out now.

It isn't that complex. Hush helped Jason come face to face with Batman for a little while during the Hush storyline. After that Jason decided to become the Red Hood to mock his killer.
Hush is Tommy Elliott, always has been.
Jason Todd is the Red Hood.

Well Superman has given Bruce all the tools necessary for Batman to take him down, which makes sense since Superman is rather dangerous at times.
Anywho, as odd as the Superboy hitting wall altering reality plot device is, they've managed to do a good story with it. I haven't read the whole story yet, I'll get the trade to get the whole story together, but the story makes sense.
I like how Jason Todd is back, its interesting to see how it affects the Bat family. I wonder if he'll adopt a permanent bad guy persona, because it would appear that he drops the Red Hood identity OYL to become a second Nightwing.

little late in commenting about the annual but thats becuz ive been a bit late in getting issues this days. the annual was a great read with really cool art. the alternate scene also had a very special feel to it of course. im glad to find out that something i had a hunch about when this whole red hood business first started actually turned out to be correct. that being that the lazarus pit had something to do with todd returning from the dead. heh so ill pat myself on the back for that one and also tip my hat to DF who if i recall correctly had a hunch as well that this would all tie into the infintie crisis.
anyhoo, all in all a good read and i cant wait to see what happens next with this whole OYL thing.
