Oh good!! Then there's still hope!!!  But I can't imagine them having 2 batgirls at once, but who knows. Is teen titans suppose to go with the rest of the "Baty-universe" stuff? If Casandra is batgirl in teen titans I don't see how she could be batgirl in BOP too. But she was never really part of the BOP was she? Or was she just a once in a while guest star?
I don't think issue 97, that's coming out in like 2 weeks will have anything to do with batgirl, which is just cruel!!!! I think I'm going to go crazy waiting till september to see what happens!! Just lock me up in Arkham, and throw away the key!!

Issue #100 description *Spoiler-ish* Don't read if you don't want to know what it says. Or if you're just sick of hearing my Batgirl theories!! Lol!! :p
Description:
It's time to bring in new blood! Who will be asked to join Oracle in her all-new Birds Of Prey? Who will refuse, and who will fly the coop for good? Plus, a backup story following Black Canary and her new role in the DCU!
Ok so maybe I'm wrong about Babs being Batgirl again.  In the description of BOP #100 it says that there's going to be a new member and that Black Canary is the one leaving. And on the cover Babs is still in her wheelchair, which makes it hard for her to be batgirl. Plus they still refer to her as Oracle.
But in #99 description it does say "At least one member will be moving on" Maybe I'm looking too much into these descriptions. But that doesn't change the fact the Babs is indeed still in a wheelchair. I definitly got my hopes up too high!!
Ok... so now who could it be!?

i think it is babs may be she is just kepping a secret his identity or may be the description is not a full story of the issue may be at the end they make a big cliff hanger putting batgirl jumping and then taking ff the mask and showing barbara gordon i mean that would be a good cliffhanger and a very good return for babs, and by the way cassi its suppossed to becoming nuts so i think she will becoma a bad girl and, babs and dick DID get married, but in nightwing OYL issue (dont remember wich) dick awakes on his apartment with another woman, the writers said (obviously) that babs and dick got broken

Did they show in some recent issue of Nightwing that Barbara and Dick got married? I have not read that anywhere. He did propose just before going with Superboy to stop Alex and Superboy-Prime. Then he left with Bruce and Tim. I don't think that we will find out what happened with that until 52 covers it.
I am unsure as to how the whole Cassie thing is panning out since it looks like Talia is running the League of Assassins in Batman.

no they didn't showed anything i think, it is supposed that the wedding is before OYL so i think they get marri on 52 or before, in OYL after his return he awakes with cheyenne freemont a close metahumanso there is two posibilities or dick is cheating on babs or they split up

Ok I got bop 98 finally!! *Spoilers*
Ok, so the bop are trying to figure out who the new Batgirl is by setting up a robbery, so she'll show up. When she does, she's some teenager in a batman t-shirt, jeans, a cape, cowl, and gloves. Weird. But that's not the weirdest part. She's some sort of meta, looks like she can transpot or something. And the weirdest part is that she knows everyone's real names!! I don't think this was the same batgirl in 96.
There was also a small part with a red headed girl who worked in a flower shop, named Rhosyn Forrest. I bet she's the new batgirl.
So the real identity of the new batgirl is still not revealed, and we have to wait till #99.

Rhosyn Forrest is the identity of Rose and Thorn, a schizophernic hero who is usually in Metropolis. I am not all that familiar with her since I only have a couple of Superman comics with her.
A quick check on Wikipedia has a pretty good article. Apparently her personalities are not limited to Rose and Thorn, so it is possible that she has developed a Batgirl personality emerge. Click here to read the Wikipedia article on Rose and Thorn. It is a pretty good read, and has a lot fo stuff I didn't know.

wait in the first appaearance of the new batgirl does she wears this costume or babs' costume.
As far as i know she wears babs, cud there be another batgirl? or maybe oracle is tying to hide her recovered batgirl legacy by the help of a meta?
i got confused!

Yeah she wear the classic batgirl costume in 96. That was my first thought. Hopefully you're right.

Ok I finally got #99 and..... *spoiler*
......The weird meta girl that I was talking about from 98 apparently is the same "batgirl" from 96, but Babs talked her out of it, so she's not going to be batgirl, which I'm kind of relieved about. She was really annoying. So this whole new or returning batgirl thing was just to mess with everyone I guess. Grrr!!! They don't even explain who the girl is. All we know is she's 16 years old, has some sort of transportation powers, and she is completely INSANE!!! And she said something about her parents being movie stars, and living in a mansion. It all really confusing. I'm just glad she's not going to be a permanent batgirl.

False hope things like that are what turned me off of Birds of Prey. The issues are really great, but there was this bad trend of things like this. Barbara walked for like 3 issues. She could wiggle her toes after being infected by a Brainiac virus, but nothing ever came of it.

Yeah, it was kind of a waist of money. Apparently the wierd meta girl is named Misfit and she may be returning. *shudders* I don't know if her dialogue was just written badly or she really is that insane and annoying. I think she was just badly written though. I think Gail is not that great with the dialogue. Some parts are good, and other parts are just stupid.
Oh yeah, and now Black Canary is leaving, and Big Barda is replacing her!! I'm sure the BOP series will be doomed after that.

I thought it was Manhunter based on the cover to Birds of Prey 101.
I have always really liked Gail Simone's dialog, but the plotlines are sometimes a little too thin.

I think Manhunter will also be joining the BOP. What the heck, they have Gypsy and Lady Black Hawk. The more the merrier. Lol!! But I was getting my info from the DC Comics boards. I'm not even registered there, I just read it sometimes. Those people scare me.
Certain parts of the dialog I really like, like when Huntress and Black Canary were teasing Babs about her relationship with Blue Beetle. Maybe it was just that meta girl that annoyed me. But I read a couple BOP graphic novels and they were very well written. Maybe it's just these recent issues.
