I am so glad to see this line come back. I can only hope that more figures from Waves 4, 5 and 6 that were not released in the U.S. make it here this time. So far the first wave looks like re-releases.
That Batman looks like Bat Signal Batman that was released before. I just got an Attack Armor Batman from the Philippines and while it does not have the wrists joints this one has it does have swivels just above the knees as well as ball joints at the hips.

This line looks to be much better than the previous ones, there appears to be only one batman varient and a bunch of villians, like it should be.
Are these in stores yet and which ones are going to be carring them?

I only found two 'Crows, a Croc and a Batman at Wal Mart. Still glad to see 'em so quick. I could see them re-releasing the quick-change Bruce Wayne in a repainted form, maybe Sling Strike Nightwing too, whom doesn't need repainting.
Kinda funny; the sticker on the peg at Wal Mart said something like "DC Batman Signal". Wonder if that was sorta in reference to the Australian Batman that came with a Bat-Signal, since these are mostly the same figures of that series.

It's annoying; some lines can be found at both Wal Mart and Target (EXP, Begins) while some are strick to one. Wal Mart abandoned Justice League and the comic-style Batman a while back, but now took up DC Super Heroes. While Target is still the place for Justice League, they may never get DC Super Heroes.

I haven't seen them yet, but the Wal-Marts around here are pretty well wrecked. |

AS far as Wal-Marts.. if you find them, it's because the stockers are just trying to get rid of all new freight. Once the resets are done, they will actually have a home, and we'll be able to find them..

I got a photo of the cardback for Series 1, for those interested. Notice how it describes these as "Ultra Collectible Action Figures". Hope that means something positive in terms of variations and figures per case.

Yeah, Wal-Mart just started carrying the JLU line. They dropped it when it was still a deluge of Batman and Superman variants, but in a rare display of competence, Mattel actually turned the line around when they revamped it as the JLU line. As a result, Wal-Mart has decided to carry it again.
I already have all the figures from this first wave, but I did pick up Killer Croc. There are some differences-- most notably the awesome new head sculpt-- that make him worth picking up, even though I have the old one. Bane and the Scarecrow are exactly the same, aside from a few differences in the paint apps. I haven't seen Batman yet, but like said above, he seems to be the Batsignal Batman with a few minor differences, and I already have that figure, too. So, I'm already waiting for the second series. I really can't wait until the Azrael and Two-Face figures are released, too.

However, the current three packs are not Target Exclusives. I found them at Meijer, and I'm sure Wal-Mart will have em too.

I guess I should just come to the conclusion that my Super Wal Mart sucks. They rearranged the action figures locations twice in the past year. The Batman was gone after Series 2, until they recently got in the EXPs, and JLU is still no where to be seen.

Yeah, the newest three-packs-- the ones with the new orange packaging-- which include the Green Lantern 3-pack, the Legion of Doom (not Hawk & Animal) 3-pack, and the Justice Lords are available anywhere that carries JLU. The local Target got in the exclusive three-packs a month or so back, but they sold all of them before I could spare the cash to get any. Hopefully, Black Canary will be single-packed down the road. I could do without Bizarro and Orion, but I gotta have Canary.

Like I said.. Wal-Mart will be doing resets in the next month. They will then have places for all the new figures..
