From Toonzone:

In an interview with JLU writer Matt Wayne over at Newsarama, he let this little nugget slip:

"This is the end [of JLU], but Bruce Timm is not done with the DC universe of characters," Wayne said. "He?s doing some direct-to-video stuff starting with 'Superman: Brainiac Attacks' and a couple others I can?t talk about."

First off, you can read the article here:

Second -- and more importantly -- DON'T GET YOUR HOPES UP! It might happen, or it might not. It's good to know, however, that there's some stuff in the planning stages that could potentially pan out.

Now this might be rumored from that. However, Bruce Timm commented on what was said by Matt Wayne at Toonzone's forum site:

i think matt was mis-quoted....for the record, i was not involved in the production of BRAINIAC ATTACKS in any way, shape or form....

as for what i AM working on now...? wait and see....

To quote Wolverine in X-Men 1; "Hey bud, I'm not finish with you yet.

Say hello to JLU DTVs.

Starcrossed, like Secret Origins, was shown in movie format. All 3 episodes presented together as a movie. As so, when released on DVD those were...movies. It could be said that they are movies because their stories were longer than the standard two parters JL had in the two seasons.

If I could (actually I would) I would make a movie based on the whole Cadmus arc.

u probably could. just put all of the episodes together or something. it might be a little choppy, but it might work. the hard part is finding all of the episodes with cadmus.

Umm, actually it isn't hard to find which episodes needed.

Anyway, its said DC-related. So it may not be JLU. It could be....a The Question DTV, or Birds of Prey DTV, or somethign else that they couldn't do that they finally could do now.

A JLU DTV sounds pretty awesome. Even a Cadmus collection sounds good.

What I'd like to see most of all would be a new Batman DTV, like with new character designs. But, I don't know if there's a good chance of that happening.

Sounds cool if Bruce Timm just starts making DTVs. Animated movies are some of my favorite stuff when it comes to superheroes.

A The Question DTV? I doubt it, it probably wouldn't sell too well, anything's possible I guess though.
