::bbbruce:: - We are talking about a tv show, not comic book.

Batman in Metropolis every week? Superman in Gotham city every week? C'mon...Every week. Weird. A cameo appearance in Gotham or Metropolis evry once in a great while would be acceptable, but not in every episode.

In my opinion it wouldn't work.

However, the McDuffe/Dini/Timm team put together some great stories...some that were pretty far-fetched, but they made it work...so there is a possibility.

I sent my pitch to WB and Cartoon Network. Hopefully someone will read it and pass it along.

I also have another pitch for Cartoon Network only. I don't know if I should post it here because its kinda off topic.

The pitch for CN:

Concerning the vast majority of superhero shows, and CN's programs like Toonami, Miguzi, and Adult Swim, I had this idea that combined the two that I hope it comes true. What if there was another program block just on superhero shows?

Shows like on the DC Comics characters: Batman: The Animated Series/The New Adventures of Batman, Superman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond, Justice League/Justice League Unlimited, Static Shock, Teen Titans, Krypto the Superdog, The Batman and the upcoming Legion of Super-heroes.

And Marvel's: the '90s Spider-Man show, the '90s X-Men, Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, the CG Spider-Man series, and X-Men: Evolution.

Saturday night will be the DC Heroes and Sunday is the Marvel heroes. The number of shows I listed are....all of them that are still modern from the '90s til now. Its just the question of which shows from each comic company for the two days.

Since Adult Swim doesn't start on 11:00pm, the Superhero Block on DC Comics and Marvel Comics each could start at 8:00pm giving three whole hours of shows on the two days on the weekend. This idea can work for Saturday and Sunday with Sat, being DC and Marvel on Sun.

that would be cool! there's one prob with the marvel one though...

so, fox owns most of those shows. mtv owns that one spiderman show (wich i never saw. was it any good?)

the dc one would work except the batman, krypto, and l.o.s. because they're still running. they should do this when the shows are done making episodes.

A spin off of Smallville is in production titled "Aquaman". It features the same dude that played his in the Smallville Episode Aqua. It may be good considering that Smallville is a #1 show. There is always room to fit a Wayne Enterprises storyline in both series!

^ Actually its being titles something else, I forget what but its the name of the town that the show is set in. And they replaced the actor with a new guy, I like the new guy better personally.

The Spiderman mtv show was ok, but not great. I watched for a little while.

The Super Hero Block sounds very awesome, and with all the show it could work. But Toonami is on Saturdays so maybe it could be on two other days. Also, the only Marvel show CN has the rights to is X-Men Elvolution, I think, I could wrong.

I don't think it would matter if any shows are still running while they're on TSHB, all the more reason for people to watch it.

Or...they could make a new show called somethign like "Tiimverse" or "DCAU" that airs all the shows Timm and done and are in his and Dini's universe. Like after episode 85 which is the last BTAS episode, epi. 86 would be the first episode of STAS.

But I kinda doubt "DCAU" would be the title if TB and the shows the follow that aren't made and known as "DCAU-2". Unless....TT and LOSH are part of it and we just don't know.
