Hmm...now that I think about it, I really like this idea. I like it when Batman is in a family, like TNBA, but I don't really like it when it's just him and Robin.
And some of you think it will make Batman look cornier, but it could make him darker. I mean, it should make Batman look smarter, older and more trained than he was before.
I think the new Robin will be Dick though, because that's how it is with Batgirl; Barbara. I would like to see him be Jason or Tim though.

i want the robin to be tim. but it wudnt make sense since barbara is a kid and all. tim is probably a 5 year old in that time. or probably non-existent...

it doesnt have to go according to the batman story so closely. i mean did batgirl come before robin? no. so tim COULD be robin who knows.

Guys, since the Batgirl in TB is based on the '60s show (costume-wise), thats says that the Robin costume might highly be the bare legged pixie boots one.
But it does work for TB's aniamtion.
I like this version, the All Star one.

Because that costume is actually good coming from that art. I can imagine that being in TB. Scratch that, I think the costume concept works for TB actually. It fits the animation.
Just look at this:

You can EASILY put Robin from that next to Batman and Batgirl from the cover of The Batman Strikes #18:

But, this costume could lead to the ignition of the romance between Robin and Batgirl:

Either way.

Maybe, but I doubt they will use that design. Cool still.
Anyway, how do yuo guys think Robin should be introduced in TB?

I'm not sure, I could say that one day Batman will realize that he needs a sidekick, but he already has Batgirl. Maybe they should go with the original story, have Dick's parents die and Batman takes him in. It would make a great 2-3 part story.

ehh. i think robin is gnna come out of no where like he did in btas. and robin from TT is dick grayson, so this might be the best thing to do. and besides, TB episodes dont lead to one another. so the training wud have to be in 2 eps max. 2 eps might not be enuff. Eh, not a bad point, but that's not entirely true. The episodes may not interconnect entirely, but there have been gradual changes with characters throughout the seasons. I think it's possible they do a three-parter for the introduction of Robin. I agree, two isn't enough, and four seems pretty unlikely. Or maybe throughout four or five episodes we'll see the adoption of Dick, the gradual training and finally the birth of Robin, not necessarily in a Part 1, 2, 3, 4 focused succession. Maybe it could be incorporated into Batman's solo work somehow. Guess we'll just have to see.

Welcome to the boards Crisis.
No, that is possibly coming the the All Star Batman and Robin comic. We might see Robin in that costume, but that is assuming that the 3rd issue is ever released.
The OYL Robin has a strong influence from TNBA.
ROBIN #148

TEEN TITANS #34

Those are from the recently released DC March solicitations.

THE OYL ROBIN LOOKS SO AWESOME! the TNBA robin has always been my favorite suit. hurray! lol. i like how the cape look like wings of a bird and the blades on his gauntlets. he looks so kool now! or in oyl!
i dont read much of the comics cuz theyre so expensive, but whats with the oyl stuff? is it permanent or just temporary? i wudnt care either way...but i just wanted to know.

oyl stands for 1 year later. as a result of infinite crisis, all the dc books jump 1 year ahead. so robin 1 year later looks like that

ohhh, so robins gnna look like that from #148 and every issue after? SWEET!! im gnna love this stuff. (i buy the novels, not the comics, so im always like a year behind everyone)
anyways...i still think that all stars suit #2 is the best to go with the TB robin. it looks sorta like batgirl's suit, so it wud be good.

That darn OYL, its making my head hurt (this entire damn crisis and all the crap leaing up to it is making my head hurt) But I do like that new Robin design! (I still feel bad his dad died.....that was sad)
Anywho, as far as the design goes.......depends on which Robin it is. I do like the frilly pointy feathery looking cape that OYL Robin has though.
I just hope we don't have to wait until Comic-con to get more information about season 4 and Robin.
Introducing him......multi-part episode definately.
Or maybe a story arc that gradually brings him in, that'd be sweet.
