Yeah, but unfortunately, there's a lot of die-hard fanboys out there that won't accept that. I know, three years ago, I was one of them. I was all for making a Batman movie set directly out of the comics, with Batman wearing a costume just like the one in Dead End. I wanted Robin, Mad Hatter, King Tut, the whole shebang. Then I saw Batman Begins and everything changed.


In the shadows I saw my destiny...

I think a lot of people changed how they felt about Batman when Begins finally came out. A lot of distaste for the Batman Universe in the public eye was destroyed w/ a dark renewal of the mythos.
I think the general public sees Robin as the Burt Ward character from the 60's. A happy-go-lucky "Holy whatever" type character. That can be changed. Robin's a great character and I'd love to see Bruce (Bale) reach even darker depths when he is reminded again of his tortured past when being w/ Robin.

Looks great, Phil! Can you tone down the yellow a bit though? Make it more of a mustard color or a muted gold.

and i made him much lighter. cuz...knowing TB, he wont be very dark. i wont be surprised if he isnt this dark.
