Last night, Christian Bale-- the actor we all know as Batman in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight-- won the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in The Fighter. Here's the video of his acceptance speech:

To be honest, I haven't been able to see The Fighter yet. But I'm a big fan of Bale's work and I'm glad to see him get some recognition.
P.S. He's gonna have to cut off all that hair soon to play Batman lol

Bout the only thing what went the way I wanted it to last night, but it was what I was hoping for the most. His performance in The Fighter is really amazing, I'd put it up there with Ledger's Joker personally. It's also a good film overall. I'm hoping for an Oscar or at least a nomination for Bale.
P.S. Yeah he will have to cut his hair soon, but it is awesome, LOL. |

Looks like Bale can add a Screen Actors Guild Award to his trophy shelf.
