AS the title says.. MOVIES.. I'm a Highlander fan, and I knew about a new movie, but I didn't know it was coming so soon!
The Live action movie, called, The Source takes place 10 to 15 years after End Game. And I guess it's the first film to a Trilogy.
Immortals quest to locate the Holy Grail of their world, unlocking the secrets of immortality within "The Source" while a near-future world is on the verge of collapse.

The next one is Highlander: Vengeance:
The story takes place in the future city of New York that is submerged in water starring Colin MacLeod, the immortal Scottish Highlander. With his ghost Amergan, they seek to find Marcus Octavius who has killed Colin's lover centuries ago in the Celtic plains. With Marcus ruling in a dominant fortress that towers over a virus-infected New York, will MacLeod help the oppressed freedom fighters or seek vengeance for his lover's death?

Personally, I'd like to see the entire series re-imaged, with new actors. But until that happens, hopefully these movies will do good.

I am a pretty big fan of the series too. I think that the direction that they are taking could be pretty good, but we'll have to see. It is really strange that YouTube has the trailer and it looks as bad as it does. I am jus thoping to get a chance to see it in the theatre.

I was able to get a copy, and though they say it's not finished. I was pretty pleased with it. Most fans aren't. But it is ALOT better than End Game.
