First we got the old 'almost got 'im Batman'. Nothing special, just a head swap and repainted croc head.

Unmasked George, just a head swap, hollowed out the mask and repainted the Batsuit. gave him a random cape from my parts drawer, which looks kinda crappy so I may swap it. Again, nothing special.

Jedi Master Bru'us Wain. Started life as Mace Windu, sculpted the ears on and repainted. The cape had a hood on, which sat funny on his head after I put the ears on, so i cut it off. I quite like this one. It has a back story based on a fan fiction I wrote a couple of years back, I may post it if anyon'e interested.

Batman Beyond was made from a Spider-Man animated series figure. I sculpted all the facial features, ears, belt and arm fins from Kneadatite, and made the emblem from a rubber grip on a Ball Point Pen, then repainted. I like it, but I keep noticing little bits of red and blue where i missed a bit.
EDIT: The flash of the camera seems to have picked up on a lot of bits i missed lol. ah well.

And Finally, DK2 Batman. The "I'm done talking. Get out of my cave." Panel in DK2 has to be my favourite panel in any comic to date. I used the hands from a Mezco Bluto figure I randomly had, and used kneadatite to add the arms lengths and knuckle studs. I know they aren't exactly on model, but I like it and I'm happy how it turned out.
EDIT: Just remebered, you can hardly see them, but I added fins to the boots like in the comic. got them from the leg armour of a spare Batman Forever Bruce Wayne.

Nice work on all of them! The first one comes from a great episode, so it's nice to see a figure to honor it, and I always like seeing non-animated takes on the Beyond suit.

The first thing I think of with the last one, though, is that Batman is wearing the electronic Hulk hands that came out a couple of years ago. I think the same thing about that comic scene, though, so it's by no means a criticism of your work Smile

The "Almost Git 'im" Batman is so cute! Great way to pay tribute.

I've been wanting to work with Batman & Robin customs, too, even if the movie was pretty junkie. I got an extra Hover Attack Batman and Bruce Wayne (same figures you just used) and want to do a movie accurate Bat-suit by making it dark blue, etc. and maybe doing a more accurate Bruce Wayne (he didn't have such thick, dark hair).

That Jedi Batman's maybe a little too obscure for my taste, but I love the name Bru'us Wain. Smile I saw someone selling a "Dark Jedi Knight" figure on eBay once. They used the Keaton sculpt and gave him a cloth cloak and blue lightsaber. I saved the photo, so I'll post it here if I remember to.

The Batman Beyond Batman isn't too bad. The face just seems strange to me, like it reminds of of a Ninja Turtle. In case you'd like to do an unmasked version, that same Spider-Man body design was used for a Quicksilver figure as well.

I have DK2 but still haven't read it, so I don't understand the concept. That's a cool custom though. For tough chest emblems like that, you may want to consider buying decal paper. You can print whatever design you want, spray it with a sealant, and stick 'er on. I'm having trouble making a design the right size for printing, but my brother has had success with it in the past.

thanks guys.

thing is, I don't actually have a printer yet. when I do, I'll probably go through all of my customs and decoupage emblems on with some matte varnish
