Do Corgi have plans for the following to be added to the Batmobile line?

1987 DeTomaso Pantera Batmobile
1989 GM J-Body Batmobile
1988 Norm Breyfogle Batmobile #1
1989 Breyfogle Batmobile #2
1992 Breyfogle Batmobile #3
1998 Batmobile
1972 Chevy Corvette Batmobile
1973 Ford Mustang Batmobile
2003 Lamborghini Batmobile

Welcome to the boards! Not knowing Corgi's plans past the next wave (which can be seen here), we can only speculate. These are my guesses:

The DeTomaso, Mustang, and Corvette would most likely require extra licensing from Ford and General Motors, and I don't know if the extra cost would be worth it for Corgi to produce them. If they are produced, they may be modified enough to get around licensing issues (as with the upcoming Teen Titans "Mercedes" Batmobile).

I doubt the J-Body would make it, only because it's a weird little car that doesn't really say "Batmobile." Still, I was surprised to see Killer Moth's car, so I could be wrong.

Two designs from Norm Breyfogle have been produced so far, so it's possible. I think they'd do other cars first, though.

I'm surprised they have not done the '98 car yet, I think it's fair to think they will produce it eventually.

Not sure which one you mean by the 2003 Lamborghini...can you elaborate?

It was actually the 2005 Lamborghini Batmobile from Gotham Knights #60.

I am glad to see a company such as Corgi continue a Batman License
that makes it very fresh with every purchase...
reminds me of Kenners Legends of the DarkKnight action figure line...
The line never got old or lost its flavor...Then the rug got pulled from
under our feet...The line was canned when it just started to pick-up steam...

Spencer's site has the following of loyal Batmobile Junkies; such as myself, to push Corgi to continue rolling out another from the Batcave...

I want more Elseworlds Batmobiles from Corgi...

All of this reminds me of my 1966 Corgi Batmobile (the George Barris version). Corgi was a part of my childhood, and I always loved their cars. I would enjoy seeing the Mustang Batmobile myself. And who knows? Maybe a modern Mustang could be used!! wink
