No, it was a made-up folk singer group. It was particularly weird because they got a big cover credit, as if it were a real group at the time.

Anything within the realm of Batman comicdom is possible for a question. That pretty much covers everything. To an extent even stuff from other comic companies (Marvel, Image, etc.).
