Thats not a villian.. he's a crime fighter in Hong Kong.. I've not read the book, so I can't remember his name

The other crime fighter was Night Dragon. We had started a thread about this here, but it never really went anywhere. I wasn't really impressed with it, there were just too many problems with the story for me to get into it. |
