In the mail today I received a book that I had ordered from Radio Spirits, The Book is THE SHADOW by Maxwell Grant which contains two Shadow Novels; The First is called PARTNERS IN PERIL by Theodore Tinsley (writing as Maxwell Grant) and it was 'adapted' by Bob Kane and was the first BATMAN story. The Second Story is called THE GRIM JOKER by Theodore Tinsley (writing as himself) and has a mysterious character named JOKER, if this is where Jerry Robinson got the idea for Batman's Joker is unsure (I'll read it and let you all know)
Jerry Robinson also writes the forward for the book.
