The only thing that I can remember is the intro. I think it was narrated by a mob boss or summat, but it was about the rise of masks in Gotham. The artwork on the opening pages were pitch black panels, with masks appearing in larger numbers as the panels went on.
If anyone can help me find out which comic this is, I'd be very grateful.

Hi Mittens,
That certainly is a tough one given that the origin of Gotham City's masks has been a pretty popular topic over the years. But the most recent telling or mentioning of the origin that I can recall was in Gotham Underground #2

Dunno why, but it ain't showing my post (happened to me a few times on here btw) But I'm sorry to say that it's the wrong one. I'm almost certain that it wasn't in Batman or Detective Comics, but it defo ain't the one you posted. Thanks for actually having a look for it though, I appreciate it!
