Go to this site and then you see Barbara saying to Cassandra that she want to be 18 agian so she can leaping with Batman and Robin that also means she was 18 in Batgirl year one.

Since this is about the Batman related comics, I moved this thread to the Batman Related Comics board.
I barely picked up any issues of Batgirl, but that is a good find. Of course since the Infinite Crisis has happened since then, any writer that wants to can change that age to whatever they want.
