Big things going on this week. Just when you think that the comics will cool down, things just get hotter.
Batman #643
After the shocking revelations of "War Crimes, part 1" things just get worse for Batman. Someone is impersonating Batman out in public, but to make matters worse the Clown Prince of Crime makes his return.
Legends of the Dark Knight #194
Batman learns the truth about how a corporation drove a scientist mad, becoming a menace to Gotham.
JLA #117
The Secret Society of Supervillains make there move on the families of their enemies, starting with the wife of the Man of Steel.
Nightwing #111
Nightwing's undercover trying to take the crime down from the inside. Unfortunately Deathstroke is calling the shots. The problem is that Deathstroke knows who Nightwing is.
Outsiders #27
Batman and Katana guest star to correct a past mistake that Batman and the Outsiders made a long time ago.
Rann Thanagar War #4
Onimar Synn is the puppet master behind the war. Now the universe's greatest warriors must stop him and bring an end to this devestating conflict.
Villains United #4
Last issue the six criminals who refused to join the Society of Supervillains proved that they are anything but C-list villains. Now they plan to rescue one of the DCU's most powerful heroes. Something seems off about that.

I might get into that Outsiders story. I saw an issue with Batman and the original Outsiders on the cover the other week and picked it up, still haven't read it though. I have a bunch of the old issues of the original series, even the first and last. It wasn't brilliant, but kind of interesting to see the team's chemistry.
I've been getting this LOTDK series about Mr. Freeze. The writting's not too bad, but we'll see how long I can take the strange art style.
That JLA story sounds tempting too. I keep wanting to read so many, but I can't keep up with what I buy anyway. I have almost all of those titles in my box at the comic shop.

So.. Although Batman & The Outsiders was before the Crisis (right?) He was still apart of them?

Yeah, Batman and the Outsiders happened in current continuity. I would guess somewhere between the original Post Crisis Justice League (whatever that means with all the stuff that has come around recently) and the Giffen-era Justice League International. The story was pretty good, a big departure from the stories that have been happening though.
