Hi,
Can anyne out there give me any information and value on this particular figure.
I pick him up in hongkong in 1997 from toys r us.
The box has never been opened and i would rate the box 8 out of 10

The mold is from the celebration of the 100th Batman action figure. The one you have was a exclusive to japan(correct me anyone if i am wrong)
Its rare fig and its on ebay at the moment for $29.95.
its been there for the past 2 months.

Found a little bit of more info
This info is from Flabat
Hong Kong Commemorative Edition Batman (1997), which was a repainted Legends of BATMAN Limited 100th Edition BATMAN, was part of a series of Kenner figures (including Star Wars) done for Hong Kong?s independence. |

First off, welcome to the forum, lic292! Hope you have fun here. 
So do you just want to know the "collector value"? I don't have a price guide handy, and I'm not sure ToyFare ever listed that figure in theirs. But I was planning on borrowing some older issues from my brother soon to add values to BYTB's archives (though they'll be somewhat outdated), so I'll let you know if I find it.
Still, one good way to get an idea is by observing eBay auction results. No Completed Auctions came up for me, but there is one sitting at Buy it Now for $29.99. I wouldn't expect the figure to be worth more than that, maybe around $20. What did you get yours for?

I was not looking for it, but I don't have one and they don't turn up a lot. It will be nice to add to collection though.

so my guess is you are a completest.
I was a completest for Optimus prime till i come to a stop.
All the ones i need on Prime were never auction off on ebay 
Plus we're looking at about 5,000 bucks for the prime i need to complete the greatest prime collection ever put together.
Yeah, i am very Prideful of my Optimus collection.
