Welcome to the site, nightmarehere!
First off, check out our T-Shirt archives HERE. I can't recall any T-shirts that had Joker holding a Batman playing card; however, there is one shirt not shown in our archives that I own. It's black and has Joker holding a joker playing card in one hand and a gun in the other with "HA HA HA" in orange lettering covering the background. CLICK HERE for an image of my Batman clothing collection. The aforementioned Joker T-shirt is in the bottom right corner. Could this be what you're thinking of?
