do u think that The Batman :Secret Files Unmasked batman head is almost similar to the Batman Hush one?

They are the same, well not the Bruce Wayne head that is new. The Secret Files Unmasked Series 2 is the exact same figure has Hush Series 1 Batman. The key differences are the Bruce Wayne head and the yellow oval logo on the chest.

Yep. It's not unusual to do such a thing. Although DC Direct seemed to refrain from doing repaints for quite a while.

All of the Secret Files Unmasked Series 2 figures are reused figures that were previously released versions of the same character. Some have a little change to the original sculpt (the bat logo on Batman?s chest), but for the most part they have the new alter ego head on a repainted body. Red Hood / Joker however uses the Hush Alfred body rather than a previous Joker body.
