TitansGo.net was informed last night by a production crew member that Season 6 of Teen Titans is officially cancelled.
There are still no given reasons for the decision, so we still insist that fans continue to mail their thoughts to Cartoon Network, support the show by buying its merchandise, and show their love of Teen Titans in any way else they can. Nothing is ever 100% certain, and you can't keep a good thing down for long.

im not sure if shud be jumping up in praise or crying and begging WB to bring it back. cuz i really like TT, but at the same time, i want robin in TB....so...i dont really care how it ends.

I heard about this earlier tonight. It took some effort for me to get into TT, mainly because I didn't care much for the style of animation. I still cringe whenever they do that "super deformed" crap. But getting past that, it's a well-written show with very good perfomances. It's not a favorite of mine, but I've grown to like it quite a bit, and I'm sad to see it go.

Same here - it took a while for me to get past the animation style, but the stories were really well done and the show eventually won me over. |

i really want to see robin in TB. any one else but me think that?
most people i know are starting to not like TB because batgirl is in it and that robins not it. the ppl in my age group dont know batman without robin...so that kinda sucks for us. but IF TT cancels, then we might see robin in it.

if batgirl was just introduced, the producers would be hard put to throw robin in there a short while after batgirl. As for teen titans, i agree with what has been stated earlier. The animation is a little over the top to me and the way they fight is a little to zany. Robins jabbing people with his bo-staff about 20 times in one second and hes also capable of jumping 20 feet into the air...something isnt right there. But that doesnt mean i want it to go. This last season has actually been pretty good, its a bummer we might not get another season:cry:

This could be another case like THE BATMAN, where someone said it is canceled because new eps have not been ordered. Lets sit tight, and wait for conformation. however, having said that, TT has had 5 seasons. That more than most DC shows anymore. I can almost bet TB won't get 5, so if it is the end, it was a good run.

i like anime styled animation. but TT doesnt really look like anime to me. its just weird. i think TB is more like anime than TT.

Ehh its had a good run. The first season bored me to death until the season finale, but then came Terra and season 2 and I fell in love with the show. I think they've done a great job on the show but if its over its over.
Actually I think this time aaround it isn't a scare but an actual cancellation. This season seems to be setting up an ending so this very well may be it.
But there's still the video games and DTV coming out soon. Maybe TT will get some more DTVs in the future (Bats got MOTB years after being cancelled afterall)
No Robin in the Batman, sorry but that's how I feel. I like Batgirl, I think she's a great part of the show and season 3 has been really good even with her in most of the episodes. I think she's good as Bat's sidekick but is still different from Robin. I don't really like Robin with Batman, but that's just me.
I'd much rather have the Titans show up in JLU, since everyone who's anyone is in that show they wouldn't be out of place (they'd have to be more serious and more based on the comics, but hey it could work)

I did find myself watching this cartoon a little, and from what I watched it seemed like this show has had some cool stories, I just still can't get past the animation real well.

well theyre kids in a big tower with no adults...theyre gnna be as kiddy and crazy as they can be. it wud be better if they had been just a little older. maybe like...near end of high school or sumthing. it seems like theyre in middle skool right now.

teen titans, in the comics are not kiddy. teen titans in cartoons are very kiddy.

They should make TT a little more serious because the cartoon looks like for little kids.And the cancelling stuff,they should make the last episode 1 hour long to see how it ends |

theres still alot left of season 5...i believe...im not sure. but all i know is that kid flash is coming on the next episode. HURRAY!! itll be the first time seeing a kid flash in a WB series. if only we cud see wondergirl...oh well...
and for the end of TT. i hope it ends with an episode, dtv, or something, about robin's transition into nightwing and a glimpse of the new recruit for the TT. (starfire, cyborg, beastboy, n raven as mentors, and robin(tim), superboy, kidflash, and wondergirl as the new members)

i think the dtv is called Teen Titans Tokyo or sumthing. sounds very kiddy. i believe its about them having a vacation at japan. so im expecting to see no bad guys, just humor.

me too. DTVs tend to be better than the actual shows. better meaning better animation, music, blah blah blah. but some episode stories can be better.

I weep at the thought of it. I mean dangit man. I use to own a huge teen titan site. I have been a fan from the get go. You know? I waited every saterdays since it began for them to air the new episode and go talk about it on the net in the forums. Though, I plan on buying them all on dvd soon as well. :upsetw: |
