PHOSPHORUS REX

Phosphorus Rex is a member of Professor Pyg's Le Cirque D'Etrange. Arriving in town shortly after Dick Grayson assumed the mantle of the Bat, Phosphorus Rex was among the members of the Circus of the Strange to siege the Gotham PD headquarters in an attempt to roust the captured felon Mister Toad. His body completely engulfed in flames at all times, Rex was used as a distraction and ended up being very integral in the troops plans.
